Besides, the location was great for our stay, within 10 minutes' walk of Bocagrande beaches. Our exceptionally comfortable room was complete with 2 double beds and AC was mediocre, for instance. The meals were great!

Sincerely, it was a good stay for an once a year vacation. The location was favourable, at a short distance from Bocagrande beaches.

Hotel is big.
The personnel is very pleasant. We usually stay here for a trip and the room is always huge and modest. The breakfast is more than very good and excellent. Want to say thank you for fairly nice stay.

Our room was on the 9th floor and we had a great view of the beach from our toom.
The hotel is very poorly managed. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk was mobed with people. We didn't know where the line began or even if there was a line. It took almost an hour to register at the front desk. I told one of the employees that I thought the hotel was poorly managed.

Spacious rooms and spacious beds, everything was very clean. Staff was friendly, except at the reception.
The hotel is mainly focused on all-inclusive guests. If you're not, then you can hardly get something to eat. That is a pity.

Truly enjoyed our 1 night here. Huge and big rooms with bath and 2 double beds, as for instance, felt like home. The breakfast had a lot of selection, the food was amazing. The location was marvellous - adjacent to the beaches in boca grande and Cartagena city, transport, and the old town and Marina.

Well-maintained and comfortable hotel, it has patient staff in all areas. It has favourable setting close to everything. Bocagrande district deserves your time and attention.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right across from the beach in the Boca Grande area. Being able to step out of the hotel and directly onto the beautiful beach of Bocagrande made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained, and we appreciated the attention to detail, especially in the bathrooms with their bath facilities.
The AC in the rooms could be improved, as it was mediocre and didn't cool the room properly.

The hotel staff was very friendly. A bit slow at check-in, but it was worth the wait since my room had good a/c, great shower with hot water, and a safe. Very pleasant cleaning staff. Good breakfast buffet (included in stay), even though it was mostly the same everyday, but worth it. Scrambled eggs (plain or with cheese and or ham), they also cook the eggs at your request, and plenty of fruits to choose from. The coffee was really good. Did not try lunch or dinner. The pool area in the 18th floor was ok. There was always a dj playing music or something else going on in the evenings at the pool to keep you entertained. The bar in the 2nd floor had 2 for 1 drinks during 2 hours in the evening (not bad). Security (police) was always at the entrance. Overall, had a very pleasant stay. By the way, watch out for the "peddlers", they are everywhere, even at the beach area, trying to sell you just about everything you can think off, including food.
The only thing I did not like about staying here was that as soon as you walk out the front door all the "peddlers" are on you like flies and they keep bothering you all the time, even at the beach.
